R/T Contract Templates

We have never rented our DVC points before, but we currently sit in a situation where we have to otherwise we'll lose them. I'm curious if any of you out there know where I can look for a template of a rental contract. I hear that it makes you appear a bit more credible if you offer one. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
