Here's an easy accompanyment to go with dinner,
Italian Bread with Garlic and Cheese
1 loaf of Italian bread sliced lengthwise
1/2 cup butter melted
3-4 cloves garlic finely chopped
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeno peppers
Combine butter and garlic together and pour over bread halves, then sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted and slightly browned on the top.
