Just died. How said. prayers to his family

I just read this and at work and am crying right now. I was a child lucky enough to go to the MK in it's opening year. I was 4 years old and to me it was the most magical place in the world. It still is the most magical place in the world to me. Today a part of that magic is gone. Prayers and blessings to his family.

I think it's a huge loss for Disney.

Ok. Thanks. That explains it! THis was the only thread I saw that morning. I thought it was weird that no one cared!

This is a HUGE loss for those of us who care about the Disney that we grew up with. He was about the only family member remaining who still had an active and at least public role (albeit a consulting one) within the organisation. Hopefully this wont lead to an animation division reshuffle and further cost cutting from the razor gangs in Disney now that he has passed.

A very sad loss...........
