R&C table service vs. R&C Pub?

I'm probably being stupid here, but.....

It sounds like these are two separate restaurants. I have an ADR at this place, but now I'm not sure if it's for the table service restaurant, or the Pub. :confused3

I'm hoping it's the sit down restaurant, but my reservation only says "R&C Pub and Dining Room". How can I tell which it is? TIA

The pub is not a restaurant. It has a standing bar, and a few tables. Very limited seating. Has its own "pub menu."

If you have a reservation, it is for the restaurant. There are no reservations for the pub. I suppose it's possible they may use the area just behind the bar for seating overflow but you will get the restaurant menu.

It's an ADR for the dining room. The pub is really small with just a few tables for drinks and the limited pub menu. The pub is attached to the dining room.

While I think both are great places to grab lunch, the Pub menu only has about 4 items on it and since those tables are not reserved, the chances of getting to sit down while eating are not good.

I think the restaurant still has a pub feel to it and a much larger menu selection.

Thank you ALL for your replies -- and so-o-o fast too! :goodvibes

I feel better now, knowing I do in fact have it for the TS like i hoped. Can't wait to try the fish & chips in less than a week!

1) As mentioned by TDC Nala, these are two entities.
. . . Pub: stand-up bar, four sit-tables, three stand-up tables (inside)
. . . Restaurant: full service sit-down eatery (inside and patio)
2) Each has it own food menu.
3) You can't order food from one menu for the other area
. . . sometimes they let you get bar food in restaurant
. . . but, haven't seen restaurant menu food in the bar *
4) Pub is first-come-first-served, no ressies for tables.
5) Restaurant is normal ADR ressies.

* Doesn't mean it can't happen, just haven't seen it happen.

Last week we were hungry in the pub, but they are not doing food service on Friday and Saturday during F&W. He told us to bring in some fish and chips from the CS next door, which was the perfect solution. Hopefully this will be ok to do in the future, because when I have beer and I'm hungry, I want that food now!:thumbsup2
