A friend just sent me this recipe. Think this might be one even the kids will eat.

Barbecups

3/4 pound ground beef
1/2 c barbecue sauce
1T minced onion
2T brown sugar
1 can refigerator tender flake biscuits
Shredded cheese

Brown ground beef; drain. Add barbecue sauce, minced onion, and brown sugar. Press biscuits into ungreased muffin tins up to the edge. Fill with meat mixture and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 12 servings.

We tried this one just a couple of weeks ago & everyone loved it -- kids and grownups! It is such a simple thing to do but it looks like you spent some time on it. The others asked what they were called & couldn't believe when I said barbecups -- I think they were expecting some kind of fancy name. Anyway, it was a big hit!
