Quiet Table in a Restaurant

My husband has a disability and can't has a hard time with noisy restaurants.

I'm a WDW vetran so know that the restaurants we are going too will be loud.

I was wondering who I should call to try and get a quieter table (like on the side vs the middle, near the back, etc). Disney Dining? Will they put that on all my reservations?

Anyone have experience with this?

1. With the exception of V&A and possibly some of the signatures, there is no such thing as a quiet restaurant at WDW.

2. You would have to ask when you check in at a restaurant podium and then wait for a table in a corner to be available (but does not mean that the table next to you will not suddenly have screaming children).

I hate loud resturants. One tip I can give you is to try to plan as many of your TS meals as possible at lunchtime. I know that not all TS places serve lunch, but those that do are MUCH quieter at lunchtime. I remember going to Rose and Crown and to Coral Reef at dinnertime, and they were very busy and loud. But then, when I returned at lunchtime, both were like different resturants-so calm and quiet by comparison.

I use ear plugs if it's loud not sure if that would work for him

I suggest making your ADRs for closest to opening as possible or the latest seating. The more guests, the noisier a restaurant gets, no matter where you sit. As a PP suggested, lunch tends to be less boisterous than dinner, overall. Two TS restaurants we found to be fairly quiet were Brown Derby and Yachtsman. You could also try resort or DTD TS at lunchtime when most of the guests are in the parks. Many CS are pretty quiet, too, if you get there right when they open, with the exception of Sunshine Seasons. That place has a constant caucophony of noise. I'm not noise sensitive, but it gets on my last nerve.

My 11 yr old daughter is very VERY noise sensitive and I always keep those soft ear plugs on hand.. Most times they work like a charm.. They cut the noise level down enough so that it doesn't bother her as much.
