Quiet Pools @ POR

Can someone comment on how busy the quiet pools are in late August at POR and what time of days is busiest?

I have stayed at POR and I have never seen the quiet pools that busy. Late afternoons seem to have more people but it is still not crowded. I don't think any day is more crowded than another. Others may have different experiences.
