Quiet places in the parks in early February

Hi. I haven’t gone to DL with young kids for a long time. Some family members are going in early February (parents with 7 and 5 year olds) and know they will want some quieter spots to decompress occasionally. I’ve told them about Redwood Creek and also that the paths around GRR and the area around RotR should be relatively calm because those rides will be down. They’ll be taking afternoon breaks at their offsite hotel too and have pretty realistic expectations about crowds.

Do you have any other favorite spots to recommend?

Thanks!

There's a lot of quiet places to rest if you look. Here's a few that come to mind:
  • the benches that are on the left side of the walkway as you walk from Critter Country to Star Wars Galaxy's Edge.
  • the 2 rocking chairs that look like they're on a front porch on Main Street
  • ride the train 2x around the park
  • tables & chairs at Harbor Galley
  • the long curving row of concrete bench seating that wraps around the Matterhorn near the Alice in Wonderland-themed bathrooms
  • any benches on the path that's to the left of Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
  • upper floor seating at Hungry Bear way toward the back
  • anything inside the Mr Lincoln building
  • Rancho del Zocalo (outside of normal meal time)
  • if you go to the left past the Winnie the Pooh entrance, there might be some benches or other seating to chill out and relax. It's usually really quiet back there.
  • Tomorrowland in the area that surrounds the big sphere/ball thingy that you can turn
  • Tomorrowland back near the Autopia entrance. If you go to the right of the Autopia entrance, there's bathrooms back there, but there's also some long benches (I think) that might work.

Wow - thank you for all of the ideas!
