Quidco help needed

I am new to quidco and not really sure of the correct timescale of getting the money back
I have some purchases that I made in Nov, 1 of them says received and the others are saying validated, does this sound right or should I have received the money for all of them by now.

On my homepage where it tells you your total cashback it is including everything, tracked, received and validated.

doe sthis sound right and they do take a while to pay out, im a bit confused by it all

Every retailer has own timescales, I bought home insurance oct with 4 months cash back rate still waiting however hmv paid within days of recieving goods

I'm still waiting to be paid for a CC I ordered in October.........Can take a while but usually gets there in the end
