DH and I managed to get the same week off in November and wanted to go somewhere.
I'm hesitating before just booking a 5 night Carnival cruise out of Tampa. I've been searching the internet for different deals, but the cruise seems to be the best bang for my buck.
Leaving November 6th from Tampa, returning November 11th as DH has weekend commitments for the 12th thru 14th, then we both return to work on the 15th.
For the cruise, we can book for $300 pp for inside stateroom (never done a Carnival cruise), no airfare worries or meals, just $100 or so for tips. If we do an excursion, or buy something, or gamble, it would go up.
We already have our passports.
So, any ideas? Europe? So. America?
We've been to Hawaii and Canada, were thinking of someplace new.
We've also done Cancun.
Thanks for any ideas!
We rarely get a whole week off together! My kids will hang with my parents for the week, so no worries there. They already have plans that do not include DH and I, so we really should go somewhere.
