Quickest way from POR to POFQ?

Yes - I know you were about to say "boat" - but what about before the boats start running at 9am?

I'm thinking walking is probably the best bet - can anyone come up with another way?

---And for those of you who are generally curious like I am... I'm trying to figure out the quickest way to check out at POR and check in at POFQ and make it to an 8:10 ADR at Crystal Palace without having to wake up at 6 AM!

I'm thinking maybe we'll just plan a pitstop back at POFQ at some point during the day.... Anyone have any thoughts or experiences with a similar situation to share?

Walking over will only take between 10 and 15 minutes. Even if the boats are running you'd have to wait in line to board, and then wait til it finally leaves to get there.

I read the post backwards and thought you were going from POFQ to POR. Sorry - I should read more carefully before posting.

I am assuming you are changing resorts, part way thru your vacation.....we have never done this but......I have always read that bell services will transport your luggage to your new resort. So, I would say you should be able to drop your belongings at bell services, let them transport them, make your breakfast connection, and simply go to the new resort at the end of the day and check in at the front desk. Then you can either pick up your luggage at bell services (at your new resort), or call them from your new room and ask them to deliver.

I agree, the walk is really nice. We walked over to Boatwright's (which was excellent btw) while staying at POFQ and it was a great time!

I guess I'd hand over my luggage to bell services and go to my adr, THEN bus back at some point and check in.
