Quickest way from MK to AK

Need to get to the Animal Kingdom after breakfast w/ Cindella and having never relied on WDW transportation before I am asking for help.

I don't think there is a direct bus. I would walk or monorail to the Contemporary and catch the AK bus from there. Or catch the AKL bus from MK and catch the AK bus from there.

You can also take the monorail to the TTC and catch a direct bus to AK there.
