Well, the quickest way would be to take a taxi. Other than that, I'd vote for #1!

Take the bus to MK. Let the driver know you need to get to WL. If they are unable to take you directly, you have a choice of the Boat to the WL, or the Bus to the WL. The driver will point out where they are. The bus will generally be quicker.
