Quickest way back to IG from Norway

Hi all!

I switched my Fastpasses around so that we're doing FEA at 12:15 on our full Epcot day and Soarin' on an evening. Since we're staying at YC, I had planned on taking a break during the full Epcot day.

What is the quickest way back to International Gateway from Norway? Is it proceeding around the WS loop?
