Quickest exit to dh from dca

Just wondering what is the quickest exit/way from dca to dh...not sure what tower we will be in but trying to plan naptime etc...

I would say that the quickest way is to go through the Grand Californian. If you're staying at the Marina or Sierra Towers, then go through Downtown Disney, if you're staying at the Bonita Tower, then go through the main entrance & cross the street.
