Quick--Where do I buy a TIW card?

I just realized I don't know where to purchase the TIW card. Hotel, guest services at park? Probably the same place we upgrade our tix to APs? Just want to be sure. We leave in 10 hours!

I always get mine at guest services, usually when I convert my AP renewal vouchers to actual tickets
