Self park-no problems finding a spot, and we were charged $6 a day.
Check in was swift and they let us check in early. (10:00 am) However, I had to push the issue to get the Loews upgrade, at which time they acted as if they were doing me a favor. Got a great pool view, would have been better a bit higher up.
Theming is great. Beautiful grounds. Really spacious pool with a water play area for kids that shoot and spray water.
They did honor the grade A kids when showed my daughters report card. (Mainly used at the pool for the sodas-careful they don't charge the room instead of honoring the kids club. (She also recieved a sand pail and shovel at check-in.)
FOTL is the BEST! I can't say enough about it! I will continue going back as long as they have this, but would not stay if they discontinue it.
Restaurants are overpriced-we ate at NBA and Motown cafe, and in the park.
Boat service was swift, walk not bad if not in midday heat.
Overall, we loved FOTL-really spoiled us, that was the absolute best part. Hotel appears to be working out the kinks, we had no problems during our stay.
