Quick trip question

We might book a last minute trip to WDW for our spring break. Its in about 5 wks. Flights will be $$$$ so I'm planning to book a Value resort (right now they're all available for our dates). In the value category, we've only stayed at POP. We like it though. Question is: stick with POP or has the construction began and would anyone recommend one of the other values over POP right now? We'll be in the Parks most of our time so small room at Values are A OK for this trip!
