I'd say $5 - $10 per guy, depending upon how long it takes, and if they install them.

I gave $10 each to the 2 delivery guys that installed my new washer. They were very appreciative of it.

Nice gesture but I don't tip delivery guys unless they do something extra. For example if they are delivering a couch and I need another one moved to the basement, that's worth about $20 each for me.
