we have 2 weeks to go. I'm reading menus. And honestly thinking we may just do counter service this trip. It will be just my 2 youngest and me. They will be happy with that. I'm not really feeling anything. Am I nuts. Just having that pre trip burnout? Will I regret?

It's a quick 3 day trip.

I was thinking of hddr but my kids are Disney adults and not sure I want to drop $175 for dinner for the 3 of us

We go for two weeks with just counter service on some trips. We love it! There is a ton of variety out there and it's so nice not to be tied to ADR's. Enjoy! :goodvibes

While I'm a table service fan myself I totally get where you see coming from. In my experience kids could care less about food, they just want to ride stuff and have fun. Food tends to be for the adults so if you aren't feeling it by all means counter service it up!

Doing just CS is fine, the choices go well beyond burgers and chicken nuggets. Ribs, Chicken, Pasta, Steak. Multi Cultural. So much to choose from.

If you decide that you want to get a TS on the fly, check the app. Despite what many here preach, there is same day availability at many places.

I love some of the QS restaurants! Columbia Harbour House and Pecos Bills are two favorites! There are SO many at AK and Epcot too!

For a quick 3 day trip, I would also stick to QS. You dont want to waste any time doing TS meals. Plus there's a lot of great QS options nowadays. its not always burgers and fries.
