What QS is in Yacht Club for breakfast. Ale and Compass Lounge, right? I can't seem to find any information!

Ale and Compass Lounge serves a continental breakfast (pastries, baked goods, beverages, fruit, cereal, that kind of thing) that can be purchased for a CS credit, but it is not a CS restaurant. The CS restaurant in that area is the Beach Club Marketplace. It also does not have a very extensive menu, but it does have a few hot items (breakfast sandwiches usually). There is no restaurant in the Epcot hotel area where you can get a bacon/egg "platter" or anything like that for CS on the dining plan.

The dearth of counter-service breakfast options is probably the only minor criticism of the Epcot resort area I can find. I typically don't eat breakfast, so it doesn't affect me, but my family always seems a little disappointed by the options at the Beach Club Marketplace. I wouldn't let a mediocre breakfast selection dissuade you from staying at the Yacht Club, but it definitely is a downside.

If you are not on the dining plan, you have the option of Picabu at the Dolphin, which has a pretty extensive breakfast menu. But if you're on the plan, it's slim pickings for breakfast.

There are multiple TS breakfast DDP options though (Captain's Grill, Kouzzina, Cape May)

Haha...no worries! We are definitely staying at the Yacht Club!

We are on DxDP and have a bunch of breakfasts booked, so I'm not too concerned. I know the day we are in MK and haven't had breakfast we'll go to Main Street Bakery or something and use a snack credit, and maybe we'll grab a QS at beach club before EPCOT the one day. I think all the other days we have reservations.

If you're going to go to Epcot anyway, they serve a reportedly very decent CS breakfast at Sunshine Seasons.

there's also a bakery across the way at boardwalk. i'm pretty sure that's a cs option as well, and it's a quick walk/boat ride away!
