Can you use TS points at QS restaurants? Do you have to eat at a TS place for them to deduct TS points? Ex: If you eat a QS meal for breakfast and eat at a place that is considered QS for dinner will it deduct two QS points or can you say that you want to use a TS point when ordering your food?

My understanding is that you can not do this on the regular dining plan. In the past during free dining, Disney has made an exception and has allowed some exchange of the points but it is unknown at this time if that will be allowed this fall or not.

If you have the DxDP all the meal points are interchangable and are not designated as table service or counter service so you can use points from the DxDP however you like.

If you eat at a QS location for breakfast and use Dining Plan credits, one QS credit per diner will be deducted from your bank of credits.
If you eat at a QS location for dinner that same day and use Dining Plan credits, one QS credit per diner will be deducted from your bank of credits.

Total QS credits used per diner that day = 2
Total TS credits used per diner that day = 0
