Quick Service Question

Hi Guys

A friend of mine has won a trip to the World that includes the Quick Service Dining Plan. Can he upgrade to the Regular plan when he arrives at his hotel (POR) or must it be done via the booking agent before leaving?

It needs to be done through the booking agent and has to be done at least 72 hours prior to check in. I can never remember if it is check in time or check in date, but either way you need a few days between the upgrade and arrival.

Generally, packages won via promotions/contests aren't eligible for upgrades, but you never know.
