Is backlot express just covered or does it have air?

Backlot is air conditioned and it has free refills on pop.

Does the inside seating for the Brown Derby Lounge have A/C? Same question for Tangierine Cafe (in Epcot). (My DD HATES the heat! *And* she hates eating al fresco... which I LOVE : (

I'm pretty sure that Tangerine is not air-conditioned. Or that they don't operate it on high cool. It is one hot and sticky place to eat even if it does serve outstanding food.
