Quick Service or Dining Plan

So what say you WDW experts? Dining plan with just 2 Quick Service and a snack or 1 Quick Service and 1 Table service and a snack?

I think you need one more option...OOP. My family of four (all Disney adults) can eat three meals a day with at least one of them TS for less than $50 per person including tax AND tip. So none of the dining plans fit us.
