The two of us, middle aged adults, are going for the last week in November and First Week in December. For four of the days, one in each park, we intend to "Graze" ie QS only. We are both allergic to fish and I do not enjoy chicken or Turkey. This is our first time in 30 years without the kids so we are realy looking forward to it. But we have know idea what are good QS restaurants, in the past its been find a burger and eat it. This time we want to enjoy our food, apart from the obvious Casey's Corner, where do two adventurous Brits in their 60's go to get a decent meal? EPCOT and Disney Springs are the two I need help with!

Epcot is the easiest: pick a cuisine you like or would like to try and eat. Our favorites that meet your critera of no fish or poultry are Tangierine Cafe (by reputation; we know the cuisine at the Morocco Pavilion and generally eat at Spice Table instead), France Pavilion's QS (don't recall the name) and Katsura Grill in the Japan Pavilion which has amazing landscaping and decent food.

Disney Springs...we don't do QS much there that fits your wants. Maybe Morimoto Street Food (the ribs are sooooooooooo yum!), the place with poutine fries, Polite Pig serves BBQ (I think it's QS) , or The Earl of Sandwich.

Tons of options for Disney Springs and EPCOT. We enjoy Restaurant Tangerine Cafe and La Cantina De San Angel (try to get a table around fireworks time). Sunshine seasons is good also and has different options.

I know you didn't ask, but Flame tree in AK is really good. The pulled pork fries are a snack credit and plenty for a meal for one.

For EPCOT I would actually recommend taking advantage of the food stalls that will be out for the Festival of the Holidays around the World Showcase which are fantastic for grazing. You won't be able to sit down for a single meal really, but you will be able to browse around and find all kinds of different foods to eat a more tapas style meal. It is a great way to try different foods that you might be curious about without committing to a full meal/dish. For Springs, Earl of Sandwich, Wolfgang Puck Express, Polite Pig, D-Luxe Burgers and Pepe all have very good food with some options being more adventurous than others
