Not sure if this goes here. If not feel free to move it. My question is.... If I check in on the 16th at say 10am. Does my dinning plan start the moment I check in? Also, if I check out at 8am on the 22nd. Does my dinning plan not end till night time of the 22nd? Thank you

Correct.
It starts from the time you arrive even if its not yet "check in" time.
And it ends at 11:59:59pm the day you check out.
