We are staying at FW with an AP room discount in August. I thought I saw somewhere that you can add dining plans to AP reservations at a discount. Is that considered double dipping? I called and spoke with one CM and he was a bit confused. He priced it out differently and it ended up $1500 more. Certainly at that price it is not worth it!

You cannot combine discounts. So it is the AP discount or the Free dining, but not both. It is often a bigger savings to take the discounted room and pay OOP for food. However you can add a dining plan to your discounted reservation, you just have to pay full price for the dining plan portion. The cost would be an additional $31.99 per guest 10 and older
$9.99 per child 3-9 years old per night of the reservation for QS.
