We are back from a wonderful trip!!
Here's a quick run down of where we ate, if anyone has any questions let me know
Chef Mickey's dinner- we did this last trip and enjoyed it so I booked it again and was not very impressed. The buffet had a limited selection and it took a long time to get mickey around to the table (we had to mention we had not seen him yet). My daughter did get a birthday cupcake from the server which she loved.
Crystal Palace breakfast- first time here. Very good, dh even enjoyed. Characters were quick to get to table. The server said the had a new routine for the staff and before the restaurant opened the servers and characters all came out to wave and welcome, there was some napkin waving and a parade of characters and kids around the restaurant--I do not know what if any of these things are new or have always been done.
1900 Park Fare dinner- We loved it!! The food selection was better than CM and the characters are great!!
Akershus breakfast- typical breakfast food. DH loved the cold bar. Daughter loved the princesses.
Le Cellier- Very good! DH and I both had filet with mushroom risotto--very tasty. Were allowed to get smoothies and shakes on dining plan.
Sci Fi Dine in (early) lunch-we didn't have a heavy meal here sine we had a 3:50 fantasmic package dinner. Server didn't really seem to be having a good day (it was only 11:10!) we will probably not come here next time round. Hair in fruit bowl dessert which luckily in the dark i was able to see.
Mama Melrose- We enjoyed this meal! Service did seem a little slow, but not enough to complain about- actually I just think it was because we ate character meals all week and since you always feel more rushed at these meals (buffet all ready, characters keeping you occupied) we just for the first time had a moment to sit and relax
Hoop De Doo- we loved loved this!! can't say anything bad. will definitely go back
