Quick Queue in December?

Based on past experiences, do you think Quick Queue will be neccesary for a Saturday in December (before the Christmas crowds arrive)? We will only have about a 2/3 of the day to visit the park so I'm thinking it might be a good thing...but if the lines are short, then I don't want to waste the money...

Can you buy quick queue at the park after you get there or do you have to add it when you purchase your tickets?

I would say it is worth it, especially if you want to do multiple rides on the roller coasters. It also could save you time on Antarctica and Turtle Trek. We used them closer to Christmas, and it was great!

And, unless it's changed, you CAN buy them in the park on the day you visit. In fact, I'm pretty sure you can buy them in any of the gift shops throughout the park.
