Where do you pick up the boat from DHS to Epcot? I seem to remember that there is such a thing, right? Or is the also a bus?

When you exit DHS, bear to the left to the boat dock.

2. Yes. The bus goes to Epcot's front gates.

1. The boat (and walkway) will go to Epcot's International Gateway.

As stated above exit Disney's Hollywood Studios go left, to the Friendship Boat

My vote is to walk it. The boats are hot and walking it is usually faster since the boats make multiple stops
