Quick question

I'm travelling separately to the big group I'm going with and will arrive before them. have been texted the room ref but have no paperwork, will this be a problem with checking in and parking at the hotel. We are staying at Santa fe.

I have no experience of big groups at DLRP.

But

If its anything like group bookings I have been a part of then they'll probably be glad you're arriving at a different time to the masses and your reference should be plenty. I'd imagine they have a big list of room numbers for your party and will just tick one off.

Thanks, I hope to miss the masses too, 53 of us are going so there will be at least 20 people trying to check in later.

I have managed to get a copy of the booking so shouldnt have any problems
