I just booked 'Ohana for breakfast online, but I did it without "connecting" it to my reservation (ie: I didn't log in). Can I still use my dining plan credits for this breakfast since it's not "linked" to my vacation reservation?

Yes, you can still used the DDP even if your ADR is not connected with your resort reservation.
