quick question regarding credits and check out

We are visiting the Poly from 11/26-12/2. We bought the dining plan but I have a question....We are scheduled to leave on the 2nd so do we still get all of our credits for that day??
I'm just wondering if each of us (husband and myself) will get 6 Ts or 7??
