Quick question regarding ADR's!

We are leaving for our trip Aug 30 - September 6. I've got all my ADR's (me, 3yo ds, and my parents) made, however, on the Monday that we are there, I scheduled Chef Mickey's for ds and I and I was going to send my parents to somewhere for dinner by themselves - so I still have 2 TS credits to use because I haven't made a reservation for them yet. They are now talking about going to Shula's which is not covered on the dining plan - so, I'll probably just end up using their TS credits and going somewhere. Should I make ADR's now for that spot? I really have no idea where I want to go and I'll have ds all by myself. I was thinking that when I kind of get an idea of places we like and stuff, maybe the concierge can make them for me at the resort?! I guess the question I'm asking is will it be next to impossible to get in anywhere if I don't make an ADR now, or should I just wing it and figure there will be cancellations?

I guess I should clarify. The reservations I have at Chef Mickey's are for breakfast. So, what I'm asking is if my parents go offsite and I have to TS credits left - do you think it will be possible to get in anywhere or should I make ADR's now and then cancel if I have to.

I would make and ADR now because that is Labor Day and will be busy.
