I want to book the very latest I can get

Also what is the cost of DONALDS BREAKFSAURUS??

For the quickest answer, call WDW-DINE. They can provide the answer. Also be aware that at lunch WCC does not provide the "shenanigans" that one would see at dinner. Lunch is fairly quiet which is good if that's what you want. But if you want the fun and games, you won't find them at lunch.

And no such thing as Beakfastasaurus anymore, it is Donald's Safari breakfast and is at the Tusker House.

They stop lunch at WCC at 2:30. Then reopen for dinner at 5.

Not sure if it varies by different times of year, but this is what is currently posted on disney's web site for WCC:

Breakfast:
7:30AM-11:15AM (Does Not Include Characters)
Lunch:
11:45AM-2:30PM (Does Not Include Characters)
Dinner:
5:00PM-10:00PM (Does Not Include Characters)

thanks guys....I didn't know lunch was a different experience then dinner at Whispering Canyon...hmmmm will have to give it another thought.

Breakfast with Donald was my husband's favorite breakfast at Disney. I must admit, they had quite the spread... and I did think it was better than Chef Mickey's. Kids liked it too because they had donuts. They ate other things as well, but donuts are a comfort food to them.

The breakfast as Tusker House is also one of (if not the) least expensive character meals on site. While being "cheap" it's also very good with both food and character interaction. There are conflicting reports of Donald not coming around to tables though, so something to be aware of (most reports he does, even my own last Sept, but there are a few mixed in where he didn't).
