Quick question about timing for making FP+ reservations

My travel agent sent to me that my "day" for making our FP+ reservations is August 24th. Does that mean that I make them on the evening of the 24th or the evening of the 23rd? I live in the Central time zone, so do I make them at 11:00 our time? I'm a teacher and I go to bed rather early, so I just want to make myself prepared to either stay up late or wake up in the middle of the night.

Sounds like you'll be making them the night of the 23rd, when it turns into the 24th. And it's midnight est, so 11pm your time
