The promotion is available for a certain number of rooms at each resort. It is not available for DVC members or their renters, since they're not puchasing a vacation package from Disney. FWIR, there isn't any availability for the promotion in suites at any of the resorts, so I'd figure that would carry over to the 1BR and 2BR villas, even if booked for cash. Not sure about that though.
Last year my family booked a 1 bedroom villa at the Boardwalk Villas with the free dining plan without any difficulty. I would assume that they would be available this year as well.
Here is the thing my dad is giving us a week anywhere thru interval international which also lists disney's villas as where you can stay. So i picked either boardwalk or beach club. I wasnt sure about the dining because technically it is not on dvc points that i am getting the room. TIA for any help
I assume they won't let you get it with any suite but the villas are not consider suites. Several people were told they couldn't get it at the new family suites and I remember reading on another board that someone there couldn't get it in the Princess Suite at the Poly either. So I think suites and villas are different.
"Villas are not considered suites..." Hmmm... I don't think that's it. The 1BR and 2BR villas have been considered suites before. I think what we're seeing is the impact of overbuilding of SSR -- I think they've built SSR far faster than they've been able to sell it...
