Myself, my mom, DD10 and DS7 are considering staying onsite for 3 nights at the end of our Disney trip. My brother, SIL and nephew will be staying at a Disney resort their whole trip.

My mom will not ride any of the "big" rides, and DS 7 will not ride many of the bigger rides. Would it be okay for my brother and SIL to use their express pass priviledges for those rides?

Your express passes are your room keys. They have the holder's name on them as well as adult or child. If it belongs to a child, their age is also on them. This may create some complications with your brother and SIL using their cards.

FWIW, they've never looked at the ages or names on our room keys, and obviously the kids never have IDs with their names on it anyway. They might pay more attention when it's very crowded, though.
