Quick Prima Swap- Due Date is in 1 Week!

Mine are bagged and boxed up, but I have to wait until I go to the post office. It will probably be this weekend before I can get there!

Mine are ordered and should be shipped today I actually found some called "cinderella" Can't wait to see what these look like I've never done anything with Prima Flowers before. Although I will have to revise my original colors because of course I found differant ones. I will do that when I get home from work.

Ok. I have a dilemma (I think and can't spell at the same time)... I bought the bottle of Got Daisies. I separated them into my 10 groups. Each person would only get 9. It is a mix of smalls (not tiny), mediums and larges. Is that enough? I got only 91 flowers. Please let me know so I can get more. Thanks!

That is fine- I'm soory I missed your post, I was in CHarlotte and must have missed it. I have had the same problem. I got a bottle of leaves- really cool but only 90 in the bottle. So everyone will only get 9.

Well, mine weren't black & white only. There were shades of grey in there too. Everyone will get 14 each out of my jar. I'll be putting these in with the sports swap to mail to you.

Thanks. They well be ready to go soon. :) Also, which colors do you want in which group? One is Got Daisies? Mardi Gras (lime green darker green, turquoise) and the other is Sprites lavendar (3 shades of purple and plaid). Doesn't matter how you do it. Just as long as the mix is good. :) Let me know.

Here are the flowers I bought online last night, they were shipped to me this monring so I should have them in a few days since they are only coming from CA. I hope this was good enough if not let me kno and I can order more if I need to.

Prima Flowers-The Bitty Bag*Black Bag*

I got a bitty bag for the last swap, but didn't use it. It does have a LOT of flowers stuffed in there, but there were so many different kinds, that I could not divide them fairly. So I used them for the Secret Sister swap instead.

oih I will have to go on payday and find another bottle to go with cinderella I sorted the whole bottle and each person only got 6! DARN IT ANYWAYS:sad2:

Hi, I'm in group D. Went looking locally for Prima's but could only find Quick Picks-Petal Poetry. Will these be okay? There is a mix of 6 different colors in the package.

Thanks!

See below....

Just FYI- Archiver's near Mall of Georgia has them.

Archiver's at MOG was where I went, after I went to EMI where she only had small packs. I'm going to Archiver's in Kennesaw on Sunday (nephew that lives near there is having a birthday party and I might as well shop while I'm over there!). In case they don't have anything, where online does everyone get theirs? Also, can you PM the address and postage amt to send them to?

Thanks,
Paulette

Oh, MickeyTeacher, Susan at EMI says "Hi"!

I've ordered from www.scrapbooking-warehouse.com for the last 2 prima swaps and each time they have arrived 2 business days after I placed my order. They have a very large selection and prices are less than in the regular stores. I have no connection with them, just have experienced good service. I ordered from the "Got Flowers" and Got Daisies" Prima lines.

Please let me know if you have trouble finding them. Was MOG out of them? I was there a couple of weeks ago and they had 20 bottles- they where out of the way, but they did have them.

Since it is now August, I got my Group C flowers.

Daisy Crazy - Savannah

So even though I'm stopping at Archivers in Kennesaw later today, I went to Archivers at MOG last night and did the unthinkable. . .I asked the salespeople if they had any prima flowers!:rotfl:

She first pointed me toward the Quick Picks that were on top of a display case across from the registers (those were the first ones I bought) and I said "Is that all?". She asked another salesperson who showed me the Got Flowers bottles. Why they were practically on the floor of an embellishment case I'll never understand :confused3 They only had mixed colors, but I had the list of what other people in my group had already gotten and the salesperson suggested the Got Flowers Fall #2 bottle. They are pretty blues, cream and green. So, that's what I got!!!:flower3:

Just finished putting them in little baggies and am ready to mail. Please PM the address to send them to and the amt to include for return postage.

Thanks eveyone for their help and suggestions:thumbsup2 !

I'm so glad that you found them. I'll PM me your address or if you get up to cumming on a week day, you can drop them off at the school that I work at- I'm there everyday starting tomorrow.
Just let me know.
Also, postage would be what ever it cost to mail them.
