Quick Plz: CP-Alums-appl userid/password old or new????

FOR CP-ALUMS: When you begin the application process you set up a userid and password. Did you have to create a 'new' password even if you are using the same email account you used on your last CP?
My son asked for his password (clicked 'forgot password'), but he has not rec'd an email back.

I believe you need to create a new one. I tried to log in just because, even though I'm not applying for fall 2012 and it didn't recognize my email.

If you haven't made an account since September of 2011, you'll have to make a new account.
