Quick! Need text messaging help!

I'm sending a text messge and need to put in a number. How do I enter a number instead of a letter when I press the number key?!?!?

I am sooooooooo old........!

try the pound button, it should switch you from letters, to numbers, to special characters and back.

If the pound key doesn't work, try just pressing the number key and holding it down. I know on my phone if I hold down button, the number will eventually appear. Hope that helps! Good luck!
