We make fajita's quite a bit. I cook a bunch of chicken with the fajita/taco seasoning, freeze it in ziplock bags, thaw what we need! Quick & easy dinner. Of course my son prefers frozen cheese ravioli w/break sticks every night or boxed mac & cheese. Blah!
