Quick MDE Question

I have the MDE app and purchased a package through Disney. It shows my Park Hopper tickets. When I try to look up rides on FP it says, "We Can't Find Their Tickets". I thought perhaps it was because I was not yet within my 60 day window but, got worried about the ticket thing. I already had sent out the invitations to my family and they accepted. Is there something else I need to do? The screen says , "Link a Ticket or Package" but, when I try that it says my DH and I are already in the system. It won't allow to add my grown kids/wives. Also should you be able to see the FP rides in advance of your booking window? I am just so confused.

Same happened to me and I was freaking out- DH and I have APs so when I was playing on the app the day before my FP window opened, I could see our passes but it showed that my kids had no tickets even though they were linked. When my 60 day window opened, everything showed up correctly and I was able to make my FP with no problems.
