quick Keurig question

I ordered the top model from Kohls...I'm guessing the platinum one??
Does it come with a K-cup to use your own coffee or do I need to buy my own?

I don't remember exactly, but I think it comes with a couple of samples. You will need to buy your favorite k-cups at the store. Hope that helps, if not, let me know and I'll ask the expert (aka wife).

If you're talking about the "my k cup" thing then it really just depends on the deal you got. Sometimes places will include it and sometimes not. Can you check your order confirmation and see if it says? I'm guessing that if it doesn't specifically say it is, then it won't be.

Can I piggyback with another Keurig question?

I noticed that many of the models say they will brew different size cup's worth--6 oz, 8 oz, 10 oz, etc. Does the drink quality stay the same? Do you have to use more than one k-cup? i.e. would the 6 oz taste super strong and the 10 oz taste super weak?

Does the quality stay the same if you use the "My K-Cup" filter?

Does the Keurig put the frothy foam on the coffee the way the Senseo does? We are contemplating ditching the senseo for a Keurig, but my DH really likes the foam.

I brew the second biggest size and only use 1 kcup. I brew bold coffee though and don't see a difference.

It does not put a foam on your coffee like the Senseo does. But my Senseo leaked like crazy and my Keurig doesn't.

I use the smaller sizes to make iced tea but usually only brew the 10 oz. size

I bought my husband the Keurig from Kohls and it did NOT come with the my K-Cup. But I did buy one separately and it was worth it... I can brew loose leaf tea in it so it made the Keurig double useful in my house. =)

I bought the 'platinum' model last year and it came with some K-cups and it came with a My K-cup to fill with your own coffee/tea.

Just bought the B60 at BJ's and it comes with a bonus pack of 60 various kcups and a bonus Kcup to put your own coffee in it. I think it was either $120 or $130 cant remember but I think its a good deal!

I just bought the same one at Kohls using the 30% coupon and it did not come with the my K-cup but did come with about 12 different samples.

I think the Keurig might be the best gift for my parents since one will drink decaf and the other regular. So happy to have something in mind. Can all of you dear disfriends(DDFs) let me know of any good sales? Does Walmart carry Keurig?
