Quick! How to make Mickey on DIS

What do you do to make mickey--I remember it involves the alt or ctl but can't remember the rest!

I am not sure how to make one...but a sure fire place to ask is the tech board. Go to the main discussion page and looke for the technical board...I know they will know

I hold down ALT and press 4 2 3 and then a o and then ALT 4 2 3

I have always used alt 1 6 7 then a capital O and then alt 1 6 7 again. Never knew the 423
