Quick! How much to tip packers/movers?

How much to tip them? There are three of them, it's a one bedroom apartment. So far they have been working for about 3 hours and seem to be about half done. They will be back tomorrow to load the truck, but I'm not sure if it will be the same crew.

We had movers for just the big things in our house. We tipped each $20.

Are they actually packing your stuff for you and loading the truck?

I would say no less than $20 each probably a bit more ... maybe between $20 and $40 since they are packing your stuff.

I have only had movers load up the trucks for us and we have tipped anywhere between $15 - $30 each. There are usually only two.

So maybe $20 for each person today and $20 for each tomorrow (in case it is not the same people)?
