QUICK help please with shipping to resort!

Hi,

My kids decided last minute that they want to pin trade this trip, and I bought a batch of pins on Ebay today for them. We leave for Saratoga Springs tomorrow afternoon, but my ebay seller has agreed to ship overnight (well, Monday since tomorrow is Sunday) to us at the resort.

Can anyone tell me the mailing address and information I'd need to have things shipped to me at Saratoga Springs? I don't have a room number, obviously, since I've not yet checked in to the hotel. Do I just use my name and the hotel address?

Thanks in advance. You'd think I'd have all these things figured out after all these years at DVC and on Disboards.

Hi! I haven't shipped lately, but in the past, I would ship to myself c/o the Resort with the resort address. I would then take a big black marker and write our last name, reservation number and arrival in very large letters on 2 sides of the box. My box was always waiting for me upon arrival.
