Quick Help - Online Check-in Cabana Bay

Arriving tomorrow and have a check in question,

I originally booked the trip and put on my credit card. My husband is checking in (arrives a few hours before me). When doing online check-in can I do it under his name and credit card. I assume if we do online check-in under my name and credit card, I have to do the physical check in.
So should I (or can I) do the mobil check in under his name and credit card, or should he just do the normal check in when he gets there?

I called Universal, but they were really no help.

Following along, I’ve never done online check in. I don’t think they had it last October!

Based upon my past experiences, yes. You can change/add a new CC to complete the online check-in when you get the link.

I usually get that link a few hours in advance, with my last stay a full day in advance.

I called twice and they advised my husband wait in the normal check in line. He waited over an hour. So far, (and you can read my other thread about this), I have not had the best experience here this trip. We usually stay at Royal Pacific or Portofino, but had a 5th person with us this time, so we decided to try Cabana Bay. Wish we stuck with Royal Pacific.
