Quick help needed please!

Good morning,
So , our flight was changed to Sunday and the couple that we were meeting from Chicago arrived this morning. They are in our reservation and the question is if they will let them check in with out us.
I have been on hold for 2 hours already trying to talk to somebody at MS!
any help is appreciated

As PP says, anyone listed on the reservation and is over 18 can check in to the room.
I have sent my DD who was 18, two friends who were 17 and one 16 year old for a stay.
My DD checked in without issues.
